Nannyville provides experienced, trustworthy, and dependable babysitters for different needs and different schedules. We vet every one of our sitters to ensure our roster is the best of the best. All of our sitters have been interviewed, checked, and checked again! We really do all the work!
How It Works
1. Register & Schedule A Call
This is where you share the first important information we need to match you to your perfect sitter. Gush about your family and tell us what makes you awesome. Include the stuff that’s not so awesome too — that info is just as important. After you complete your family profile and pay the $99 registration, you will schedule a call with our team.
2. We Chat
This is one of the most important parts of our process and is required of all new Nannyville families. On a call we will go over your profile info, ask about some family specifics, and gather the information we need to match you with your perfect sitter. We also make sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed, and you are comfortable moving forward.
3. Activation
After the call we will complete your profile, make sure the details are all there, and get you ready to book some Nannyville Sitters! We will activate your portal and you can login and THEN you can start submitting requests. This portal activation is AFTER your intake call so schedule that ASAP, even if you don’t need a sitter yet! Make sure you are ready!
4. Request a sitter & relax – we’ve got you covered!
Now you can login anytime and request a sitter! Remember, the more in advance you make your requests, the more affordable it is. Don’t worry; if it’s last minute, we can handle that too. We’ll match you to a Nannyville Sitter and send you all of the details when the placement is confirmed.
Services & Pricing
On-Call Babysitting / One Time Placements
Looking for a babysitter for a one-time gig or just every now and then? Experience hassle-free babysitting with our trusted service. Because we only recruit highly qualified and reliable babysitters, you can expect the best from us. Enjoy peace of mind knowing your little ones are in safe hands.
One-Time placements are comprised of two charges. The sitter’s hourly rate and placement fee. The fee for placement with a sitter is based on notice given to the agency/ lead times. These rates apply to each separate day a sitter is requested.
Lead Times Placement Fee
14+ days notice– $25
7-13 days notice– $35
3-6 days notice– $50
<48hrs notice– $75
<24hrs notice– $100
Rates for sitters depend on how many children will be cared for, any additional services/experience required, and what kind of placement you’ve booked. Clients with five or more children may require a second sitter: contact us to arrange.
Sitter hourly Rate
1 Child – $20/hour
2 Children – $21/hour
3 Children – $22/hour
4 Children – $23/hour
5+ Children – TBD
Recurring Placements/ Part Time Nanny
Our placement process is designed to match you with a trusted sitter who can provide reliable part-time care for four weeks or longer. With a focus on your family’s specific requirements, we take pride in connecting you with the perfect sitter who is dedicated to meeting your needs. Experience the convenience and peace of mind that comes with having a dependable caregiver by your side.
A recurring placement is defined as a part-time schedule with the same sitter for 4 weeks or more. To begin the process for a part-time placement, the Client shall pay a search fee of $149. The hourly rate is set at $26 per hour.
Recurring placements are invoiced monthly, starting when the placement does.
*These Recurring Placement fees include Sitter-Backup, meaning that if ever your recurring sitter were sick or unable to make it for any of the regularly scheduled hours, we search for a replacement for no extra charge.
Full Time Nanny Placement
Are you looking for a long-term, full time nanny for your family? We’ll help you find the perfect nanny by working closely with you to determine what qualities and values you need in your nanny. Cancellation Fees
If a placement is cancelled before it is confirmed, there will be no fee due. If a placement is cancelled after it has been confirmed, a $50 fee per day will be charged. In cases where a placement is cancelled with less than 24 hours before the start time, the full hourly rate for the cancelled placement per day will apply. In the case of recurring placements, notice must be given 4 weeks in advance.
